This car has been very well cared for and any issues fixed immediately by the best Land Rover shops around. The 4.6 ltr is a direct replacement - It was a brand new motor ordered from Land Rover - Cost was about 10k for the new motor. The top half of the motor still has appearance of a 4.0 but the bottom half of motor is brand new
